Two different calls, one office that takes them both

A scheduler needs a shift covered by morning. A son or daughter needs somebody reliable in the house on Tuesdays. Just CNA’s Inc. works both sides of that line, placing RNs, LPNs, CNAs, PCAs and med techs the same way no matter which door they walk through.

Who calls this office

Facilities on one line, families on the other

For facilities

Hospitals, skilled nursing and assisted living facilities, psychiatric units, hospices, rehab facilities, physician offices, schools and daycare centers call when a shift is open or a position needs filling, full time, part time, permanent or temporary.

For families

A family calls when someone at home needs a hand more days than not: bathing, meals, a ride to an appointment, or company in the afternoon. That work goes to a certified nursing assistant, scheduled around the household that is already there.

How a placement happens

Four steps between your call and a shift filled

This is the agency's own process, in the order it runs, for a facility placement or an in-home CNA alike.

01

Tell us the criteria

A shift that needs covering by morning, a rota gap, or a parent who needs someone in the house on set days. The criteria come first, because that is what the match gets made against.

02

Licenses get verified

Every RN, LPN and CNA offered to you has had their professional license checked first. You get written copies of their credentials, or you can view the automated credentialing program yourself, on site.

03

Screening runs on everyone

Criminal and abuse background screening, plus drug testing, on every placement rather than a sample of them.

04

The shift gets worked

Cover runs 24 hours a day. If the office misses your call, someone usually gets back to you within 24 hours, which matters more at 6am than it does at noon.

Tell us the shift, or tell us about your parent

Either conversation starts the same way, with what actually needs covering. Office hours are Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and CNA shift cover runs 24 hours a day.
