In-Home Nursing Care

A certified nursing assistant in the house for personal care, household help, company, mobility support and meals, scheduled part time or full time around the week you already have.

Care built around the house, not a program the house has to fit

Just CNA's Inc. customizes in-home care to the person receiving it rather than running everyone through the same fixed plan. Scheduling is flexible enough to cover a few afternoons a week or a full-time need, and it is set around the family's own routine, not the other way round. The person who comes to the door is a certified nursing assistant, matched to the household before the first visit.

Just CNA's, Every placement is screened before a shift is offered. Call (804) 330-3726.

What in-home nursing care actually covers

Five categories, published by the agency itself. None of it is medical treatment; all of it is the difference between managing at home and not.

Personal care

Bathing, grooming and general hygiene, dressing, and toilet and incontinence care. These are the tasks people find hardest to ask a family member for, and they are exactly what a certified nursing assistant is trained to handle without making it awkward for anyone.

Household help

Linen changed, laundry done, dusting and vacuuming kept up, on top of whatever regular chores the house already runs on. The goal is a home that stays livable, not a deep clean once a season.

Companion care

Conversation and company, emotional support, transport for shopping and errands, medication reminders, and someone to go along to medical appointments. A lot of decline is loneliness wearing a physical disguise, and company is part of the job description here.

Movement and mobility

Walking and exercise assistance, help turning and changing position in bed, physical therapy exercises, and safe transferring from bed to chair or chair to bathroom, done the way that avoids a fall rather than the way that is fastest.

Nutrition and wellness

Meal preparation and planning, nutritional and dietary planning, feeding assistance, and encouragement to eat, for someone who is losing interest in food or struggling to manage it without help.

Medication support is reminders, not administration. Scheduling is part time or full time, set up around the family's own week.
